In 1981 Linda Freed opened Calico Cupboard Café and Bakery to accommodate and enjoy the eclectic community that makes up La Conner. Calico Cupboard reflects the owners' enterprising spirit and her respect for the local surroundings.

Calico Cupboard boasts fresh bakery items all day as well as breakfast and lunch. Enjoy comforting bread pudding with a latte or cup of tea in the most inviting atmosphere in La Conner. The nearby Maple Hall can be rented for private dining needs and we are always glad to cater your special occasion.
