The Table Where Everything Begins

Inside our Anacortes bakery sits a well-worn 6' x 4' wooden cutting board table where every cookie, loaf of bread, flaky ham-and-cheese croissant, and our beloved cinnamon rolls begin their journey from scratch. One side hosts an old cast-iron scale that still faithfully measures every ingredient, while the other holds a petite cutting board that somehow keeps pace with the full parade of fruit, cream, and meat pies; cookie designs; nut-and-berry scones; special orders; and all the café bakes for our La Conner, Mount Vernon, and Anacortes locations. It’s the warm, bustling spot where our traditions, flavors, and daily success are handcrafted into life.
